Upcourt beta requests
Last updated August 14, 2026
What we collect
The first step asks for your name, work email, and venue or company name. You may also share a phone number, venue name, city, venue and court counts, the activities you run, and what you want Upcourt to improve.
We also save limited campaign and referring-page information when it is present. We use a one-way hash derived from your network address to limit repeated submissions; we do not store the raw address or browser user agent with your request.
How we use it
Upcourt uses this information to review your beta request, understand your venue, and contact you directly about access. A request is not added to a general marketing list, and submitting one does not start the 45-day beta.
Where it goes
Requests are stored in the private Upcourt customer relationship workspace. Access is limited to authorized Upcourt staff who review prospects and manage onboarding. Cloudflare Turnstile processes the security check used to protect the form from automated submissions.
How long we keep it
A public beta request is deleted after 12 months without relationship activity unless it becomes an active beta or customer record, is linked to an active invitation or offer, or has an open follow-up task. Records connected to an active Upcourt relationship follow the retention terms for that relationship.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold about your request, request a correction or deletion, or object to its use. Email support@upcourt.online and include the work email used in the form so we can locate the correct record.
